You may or may not know that a smoothie is one of the quickest ways (depending on ingredients, of course) to pack in some healthy vitamins and minerals. Yoplait recently introduced Frozen Smoothies to their product line and you won’t believe how fast and easy it is to create a fantastic tasting smoothie. Simply add milk to a pack of Yoplait Frozen Smoothies and blend for 2 minutes. That’s it! At 110 calories per serving, the antioxidant-rich fruit in Yoplait smoothies can be a great way to help you get all the important vitamins and minerals your body needs.

Courtesy of Yoplait and My Blog Spark, I was given the chance to try Yoplait Frozen Smoothies and provided a single serving size blender to make the smoothies in and a coupon for a free pack of Frozen Smoothies. I chose the Strawberry-Mango-Pineapple pack and am happy to report that it did not disappoint. Besides being delicious, it was super easy to make and the fruit tasted very fresh. Each pack makes 2 servings and can be found in the frozen fruit section of your grocier’s aisle.

Yoplait is also offering all of my readers a coupon for $1.25 off of a pack of Frozen Smoothies.
GIVEAWAY:

I’m thrilled to be able to offer to one of my readers a Yoplait Frozen Smoothies prize pack, which includes:

1 coupon good for a free pack of Yoplait Frozen Smoothies
1 single serving sized blender for mixing your smoothies

TO ENTER: Leave me a comment stating what fruit smoothie is your favorite to make at home.

Deadline to enter is Sunday, January 24, 2010 at 11 PM. PLEASE make sure you leave an email address to be contacted or have one in your profile.

When I'm crunched for time, I keep it simple: yogurt, orange juice, frozen berries, and banana. When I visit my parents, my dad makes a 26-ingredient secret recipe smoothie, with splashes of 3 or 4 different juices and dashes of various spices. Although they always taste delicious, let's just say some are "smoother" than others. Thanks for the chance at the fun prize! (krstrpp at hotmail dot com)
