Another Christmas holiday is in the books.  We had a wonderful Christmas with our family and Santa was very, very good to E.B.  So good, in fact, that  it’s almost impossible to tear him away from all of his gifts.  Especially his new computer and headset for the Xbox.

Today I am tackling a mountain of laundry and trying to clean up the house and find a home for all of the new stuff.  I’ve made E.B. some pigs in a blanket for lunch (one of his faves) and am managing my new Kindle Fire.  It’s quite an upgrade from the first generation.  Did you also know they now have Candy Crush for the Kindle?  I deleted Candy Crush from my Facebook account, so I’m starting over, but on the Kindle you have the option to link it with your Facebook game.  I decided not to.  It will just be something to do when I am absolutely bored and there is nothing else that needs my attention.   Which basically translates to holidays and summers off, because work and our everyday home life keep me busy enough.

I hope you and your family are still savoring the joy of the season.  We’re soaking up as much down time as possible before we have to head back to work and school after the new year.  I’m sure by that time I will be ready to get back to work and feel productive, but it sure is fun to let my mind relax a bit.
