Summer is just around the corner and if you’re looking for a great way to entertain your kids right in your own backyard, you definitely need an H2OGO! Water Slide. Can you remember back to your own childhood when backyard water slides became popular? I certainly can and remember literally spending hours on one that a neighbor friend of mine had in her yard. While the one I played on so long ago was certainly fun, the H2OGO! Water Slide is definitely bigger and better!
H2OGO! is the first line of water slides to feature a patent-pending Speed Ramp™, a tough, inflatable launch pad that creates a smooth landing while propelling riders headfirst into a super-fast ride down the 18-foot slide. It also features a Splash Lagoon beneath the Speed Ramp™ to create a drenching good takeoff and funnel water throughout the entire slide, reducing friction and increasing speed as riders skim their way through a gushing cascade toward the final deluge in the drench pool.
The H2OGO! water slide sets up in minutes and your kids will have a blast racing against one another. If you enjoy entertaining for birthdays or barbecues, this is the perfect solution for creating a fun and memorable time for children. The H2OGO! Water Slide comes in single, double, and triple model for maximum fun and is available at Toys R’Us, Amazon.com, Target.com and Walmart.com.

Best Summer Entertaining Tips……. I usually have everyone bring an item of their choice.
As a teacher, my best tip summer entertaining tip is to relax, enjoy your much deserved summer vacation, & spend as much time with you family, friends, and most importantly, your child(ren). We have lots of hours to make up to our kids from the school year. I live in a rural area with nothing near by to do. My 3 sisters & my nieces and nephews come by 1-2 x a week, but other than that, we don’t get too much “regular” company. We do hold 4-5 get togethers at our house to make up for it.
Personally, I love to decorate & theme my get togethers (which can be very time consuming) & have as much for the kids as I can (they will really remember the fun/games, not decorations or food). So, I usually have everyone bring an item of their choice, so that my load is lightened. I then get whatever else is needed & I can focus on making it a blast for the kids.
Water themed & backyard camping parties are the best for summer. My son said his best birthday was his backyard camp out.. We had hamburgers & hot dogs, S’mores, glow in the dark ring toss, saran wrap ball game, Nerf Gun war (we painted Nerf bullets with glow in the dark paint), a tray of candy food, & we wrapped it up with about 5 of his best friends staying over. I do’t know if I’ve ever seen so many kids actually be interested in eating at summer parties as I saw eat from that candy tray. It had gummy worms, sour straws, milk duds, etc…They thought it was the coolest .& ate it all.
There’s nothing better than sitting on the back porch drinking sweet tea around 4:00 in the afternoon, tiki torches (with Citronella, of course) going, and the sounds of children’s laughter in the background. Just a regular summer afternoon with your family members. This slide would be perfect for these “regular” afternoons just as much as it’d be perfect for our get togethers.

We like to do things as a family, and the summer months provide plenty of opportunity for that. One thing we do is go on family bike rides. This would be a great way for the kids to cool off when we get back while my wife and I lounge in the shade!!

We spend the summer out in our fenced in back yard usually. We put a tent outside and we even have a little camp fire at night. This would be perfect entertainment for my son, niece and the kids in the neighborhood.

I have 8 grand kids all 6 or under and several have summer birthdays. This would be a great birthday party addition not to mention 4th of July and family bbq’s. My family would have a blast. Its like a slip and slide on steroids!

I love to do random obstacle courses for my son! I would love to incorporate the H20GO into the course. My son and dog loves to play in water and I think they would have a blast with this! This would be perfect for barbecues and get togethers. Kids would have a blast and be entertained for hours with this water slide.

My best summer entertaining tips is have a Water Park theme party for the kids. Have buckets full of water balloons, some water pistols, a sprinkler or pool, and make the H2OGO! Water Slide the main event.

Best Summer entertaining tips are inviting friends and family over for cookouts and a game of volleyball or horseshoes. Sometimes a smores night gathering over the fire pit with drinks and food and making smores with the little ones.

This waterside looks AMAZING! I am so sad there is a height + weight limit because mamas wanna have fun too. ; )
Splash pads are my summer tip: it’s a great way for the kids to let off steam + for moms to relax a little because there’s no swimming skills involved. My kids have a 4 year age gap between them + they both have a blast going to splash pads. : )
Kelly Mars says
Having the H2ogo slide would be amazing for the days where you don’t feel like packing up + driving to a splash pad. You’d have heat relief at your fingertips there in the backyard. Plus, you’d be the coolest mama on the block for having everyone over to play. : )

Hold the summer parties outside.
I find that slip & slides generally work better outdoors.

My son and I have the “hang-out” house. We love when all the neighborhood kids come over to play whether it is running through the sprinkler, drawing with sidewalk chalk, catching lightning bugs, or even having a Nerf war! The best way to entertain for us is to improvise and be surrounded by all your family and friends. What a better way to have fun – than to….”SLIDE” our way into it!

I have one daughter that has a summer birthday. July 18th. The rest are in the cold winter months. I try to do a combined fun summer b-day bash for them all. Where they can hang out and see all their friends. I like to serve easy finger foods and fruit and veggies. I try to incorporate water into it. Since the utah summer months are short, I know MY daughter and her friends would have a blast with this in the summer. It would keep them entertained and they would make fun memories together!

I am a single dad raising all 5 of my kids and all summer long, I hear “I’m bored”. Currently they have their bikes, scotters and things like that and play with neighborhood kids but seem to still be bored all the time. I think this would be fun and like that all of them could enjoy it together. Thanks for the chance at winning.
