You all know I have been obsessed with candles lately, so I thought I would share my September candle rotation – the candles I plan to burn this month.  I am quickly learning that fall is probably my favorite season for candles.  There are just SO many different ones, each with its own distinct smells.  And the choices for this season have been phenomenal!

September Candle Rotation

Honeycrisp Apple– Bath & Body Works- Fragrance notes: golden honeycrisp, apple blossom, and fresh sugarcane.

Honeycrisp Hayride– Bath & Body Works- Fragrance notes: honeycrisp apples and crisp autumn leaves.

Blueberry Maple Pancakes– Bath & Body Works- Fragrance notes: wild blueberries, griddle fresh pancakes, and warm maple syrup.

Autumn Drive– Bath & Body Works- Fragrance notes: wild raspberry, warm amber, and vanilla birch.

Spiced Fallen Leaves- GooseCreek Candles- Crisp Apple, Pear Nectar, Autumn Spice & Fallen Leaves

Autumn Road Trip– GooseCreek Candles- Wild Fig, Autumn Acorns, Fall Foliage & A Cool Breeze

Football Season– Bath & Body Works- Fragrance notes: fresh eucalyptus, blue sage, and cedarwood.

Can you tell that apple is my favorite scent note for fall?  I love any candle that has apple in it!  I know this probably looks like too many candles, but I love them so much and burn them constantly since I am home most of the day.  And the kicker is that I will probably be adding a few more to this!  Haha!  However, I hardly ever pay full price for candles.  These Bath & Body Works candles were purchased at a great sale price ($8 and some change each), and the GooseCreek candles were also on sale.  Both of these companies frequently offer sales, so signing up for their emails will keep you notified so you can snag them when they hit a great price!

I’ve already started burning through several of these, and I will make a post at the end of the month to share my thoughts on them.

Are you burning any fall candles yet?  I’d love to hear your favorite fall scents!

Ooohh I love seeing all the Fall names and fragrance profiles! So fun. I recently got an Autumn candle on amazon that’s wickless and just for burning in my candle lamp. It smells amazing!! And my new candle for the season I just picked up at bath and body is called cranberry & gala apple and it smells so fresh and divinely Fall. I also still have my leaves candle from bath and body last year -so good too!

I need to check out some wickless candles for my candle lamp! Thanks for letting me know about that! I’ve been using my candle warmer for using up the last of other candles. I ordered a Cranberry and Gala Apple candle from B&BW and I’m waiting for it to come in. I’m glad to hear it smells amazing! I am ALL about the apples for fall! I keep hearing so many good things about Leaves. I’m going to have to go give that one a sniff in-store and see if I need to add it to my collection.

I bet your house smells lovely all season long! I’m a big envious. Unfortunately, at some point, I became sensitive to scents and smoke. So I can no longer use them…but I do miss the way they made the house smell. Now if I want it to smell yummy I have to bake something. Candles are so much easier. Haha!! Enjoy them!!

Aww, Kim. I hate to hear you can’t enjoy candles anymore. But, fresh-baked goodies from the kitchen are WAY better than artificial scents in my book!

BillieJo, I am still thinking about that cute candle you have in your homeschool room! Candles are just a huge part of fall for me, and I know you get that! I am really enjoying the Goose Creek candles as well! SO many fall scents this season!

I’m not much of a candle person, but yours sound great. It’s also a really inexpensive mini reward, to have something like that to look forward to.

Autumn Road Trip is proving to be a powerhouse scent! It’s very fall-heavy! It really lets off a strong scent. That’s awesome that you get so many great candles gifted to you! I love them so much and when you get them as a gift, it’s even better!

I love candles but don’t use them very often. Apple scents are also my go to for the Fall. I tend to use the Bath and Body Works plug in Wallflowers, rather than the candles.

I have never tried the wallflowers, Gil, but I have been so tempted! I need to give it a go! They have so many beautiful wallflower holders and tons of amazing scents now.

While I do like the scents of fall, I don’t burn candles. The smoke, even though minor, bothers me.
But it sounds like you have some real treats planned for yourself in September. Enjoy.

Aww, I hate you can’t enjoy candles. But I understand being sensitive to smoke smells. I always make sure to ask hubby and my son if any candle is bothering them. Sometimes I find myself with a candle that’s too strong and I sure don’t want to upset anyone’s airways.

I love Fall candles too. My favorite is Leaves from Bath and Body. I haven’t started burning them yet, but I need to!

Everyone raves about Leaves! That is one I haven’t had the chance to smell in person yet. There’s supposed to be a candle sale this upcoming week at Bath & Body Works. I’m anxious to see which ones will be included in the sale!

You have a nice selection of candles there!
I have one or two scented candles that were gifted to me, but, I can’t burn them when my daughter is here because she is allergic to scented anything!

I can understand that, Bless. I don’t blame you one bit for holding off until it’s just you there. Not everyone can take strong scents.

I can’t wait to hear about the candles, smiles. While I was waiting for the husband to finish getting around this morning, I was sitting there thinking I need to change the candles and the waxes out, smiles.

Yes, Linda, get right on that! Haha! Candles just make it feel more like fall, even though we are still having some highs in the 80’s and 90’s. Thank goodness for cooler mornings, though! I’ll take what I can get. I know you understand!
