With more than 15,000 children diagnosed each year with Juvenile Diabetes, chances are you know someone in your life that’s been affected by this disease. Komar, the largest sleepwear manufacturer in the United States, launched PJs For The Cure to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund. PJs For The Cure offers specially designed women’s and children’s pajama sets and 100% of every donation to PJs For The Cure will go directly to JDRF to fund further research to find a cure for juvenile diabetes. Their goal is $1 million to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund.
If you’re still shopping for Christmas gifts for the women and children on your list, these PJs offered by Komar not only make great gifts, but you’ll also feel good about helping a great cause. Please show your support for this wonderful cause by clicking on over to Facebook and “Like” PJs For The Cure at http://www.facebook.com/PJsForTheCure.

I plan to give back by going to the five nursing facilities and taking a Christmas present to all the VETERANS in our nursing facilities in my hometown. This will be done by members of the American Legion Auxiliary. I will give back also by donating gifts to our Christmas tree at church and giving to Lottie Moom Christmas Offering. You can’t out-give God…..

I already have a big bag of personal supplies I have been saving up to send to the troops. and I donate to the food pantries.
I plan to give back by giving 10% of our income to our church’s drive for the poor- they provide dinners for families during the holidays, warm coats, etc. If I win this, I’d actually like my prize donated to a homeless shelter or women’s shelter.
Thanks for the chance and for hosting it!

We give back by helping out my elderly neighbor whom my kids love dearly! We also have a big bag of toys we are going to donate to the womens shelter tomorrow 🙂
I do whatever I can do to help those in need regardless of the Holiday season, whether it is love or something someone personally needs. I enjoy giving more than I do when it comes to receiving. 🙂

We always donate to Toys for Tots. And also my hospital takes donations for the childrens hospital next door, so I usually will give a bunch of things to them as well.
We are giving back this season by going thru toys that our girls don’t play with often but are still in good shape and donating them to places in our area.

We donated Health and Beauty items to our local food pantry. They put out a request for those types of items for Holiday Baskets for the poor.

I love going to volunteer at the local food bank for the holidays. So many people need food this time of year and I like doing my part.

I am giving back by hosting an online auction to benefit The Oral Cancer Foundation. My husband is a 10 year survivor, and I am so grateful to still have him with me that I felt I needed to do something to help spread the word about this awful disease, and to raise money for the foundation.

i think giving back is important every year, but this year the need seems so much bigger. everywhere you turn people are hurting. i personally gave back by adopting a military family and picked a child from the jcpenney/salvation army angel tree project.

I have a big box of stuff sitting behind me that is going to Goodwill this week.
I have already donated to toys for tots (at my son’s school) and I gave gifts for children in need (one boy and one girl) with my church. I am sure more opportunities to give will arise. 🙂

After Christmas we always donate some toys to the local charity and also help out on Angel trees.

I plan on giving back by taking one of my wife’s homemade Milky Way cakes (roughly 32,000 calories per serving) to our neighbor as payback for fattening me up with his chicken wing recipe.
We have donated some new toys to a local church in the past, but this year some friends of ours are really struggling and have nothing for their kids. We gave them a bag full of new toys, and actually hope to give them more.
I plan on giving back this season by donating gently used items to goodwill and womens shelters and also cooking at the soup kitchen near my college 🙂

The boys and I are actually wrapping presents today for some kids who need a little extra this Christmas. We are also making cards and will be distributing them with homemade cookies to the people at the local nursing home.
My mom was the DON in many nursing homes, so I pretty much grew up in them and have a soft spot in my heart for giving back there.
