So. Realizing that my teaching license was about to expire, I went ahead and signed up for 2 online classes from the University I graduated from in order to get credits for renewal. The classes are only a month long and online, so I figured this would be a piece of cake and I’d just fit that right in between work and taking care of E.B.
OH. EM. GEE!!! (OMG!, in other words…or other letters…or whatever!)
Y’all. These 2 classes have consumed me so much that I’m totally sneaking away from my classwork to write this and offer up an explanation of why, other than posts I’ve committed myself to for PR reasons, that I might not have too much to say until the end of this month. Every waking minute that is not spent at my job or taking care of my child’s basic needs, or at a t-ball game is spent with my nose in 5 different books and writing article critiques. Every. stinking. night. 3 tests a week…assignments due daily…and two major papers to write before the end of the month.
WHAT the honk have I done?

Because I'm not the one *doing* it I can say this: that sounds so exciting! (But I love school.)
Congrats to you for taking those classes and keeping your license current.
That's awesome.
