Back To Life-Back To Reality…..that’s the song stuck in my head this morning. Does anyone remember this gem from the ’90s?
Did anyone happen to catch a look at the moon this morning? It was gorgeous! So full and bright! (Not my picture, but just one to give you an idea)
It was 43 when I woke up, but it has dropped to 37. I sure hope it warms up a little more. I saw that snow was predicted again for next Monday, but it has disappeared from the forecast. I love snow as long as I can keep my power and water, haha! I will always have terrible flashbacks from the Ice Storm of ’94.
I don’t have much planned for today. I know there is always housework, and I will do as much as I can. I really don’t have to do much except keep the kitchen clean and keep the laundry going since so much was done in anticipation of the snow and ice we didn’t get this weekend. I’ll also be reading my Bible and maybe starting a new book. I was disappointed in how little I read last year, and I really want to do better with that this year. I also need to run something to the post office- add that to the list!
Well, that’s all I’ve got today! It’s Monday. We are back to real life. Hope your Monday is a good one!

While too much alone time can be lonely, I do enjoy and hour or two of alone time to just do my own thing once in a while.

I hope it was a good day for you! I love looking at the moon and that picture is amazing. I remember that ice storm of ’94 and it was quite the weather event. I hope we never have that again either!

Happy new week to you Mandy!
It was too cloudy here to see the moon, but I heard it was a beauty. 🙂 We have cold and finally much needed snow here. Yay!
I want to get better with reading too. I did better last year than the year before…so I’m hoping I’ll do even better this year. Setting small goals sure helps me. Lol
I hope that you stay cozy and have a wonderful week ahead. xoxo

We couldn’t see the moon here, the sky has been covered with clouds, day and night!
It’s nice to get back to routine, but I bet it was hard seeing the teen off again.
Have a great week!

The moon was incredible. I tried to take a picture from inside the house. I haven’t loaded it yet, I hope it turns out. I actually did a double take – I cracked open the blinds and thought “what is that spotlight?”. It was the moon.
Enjoy your day!
