Now is the time that just about everyone is reflecting on the year they’ve had and ready to set some goals and resolutions for the new year ahead.  I used to think goal setting was a waste of time, but I’m slowly coming to realize that it’s not such a bad idea after all.  Of course, it’s important to be realistic about things.  I used to set these really unattainable goals and they would all but be forgotten by the second or third week into the new year.  Having a printable new years goal sheet was something I knew I needed and I am so excited to share it here!

This new year’s goal sheets printable can help you set goals for your finances, health, and physical and spiritual well-being.  It also give you a space to reflect back on the year you’ve had and see what you accomplished and learned.  Reflection always gives me a better starting point for beginning something new.

A fun idea would be to have each member of your family or have a few of your friends fill one of these out and then compare them at the end of the year at a New Year’s Eve party to see what everyone’s year was like.  I plan to do this for my family for the upcoming year.

This is wonderful! I always have lots of goals for the new year, but it is helpful to compare it to the last year. So much happens in a year that it changes our focus. It is good to compare to help keep on task.

It is a good idea to have everybody in the fam fill one out. I’m pretty bad about writing down and keeping goals, so maybe this would keep me accountable!

I like the idea of looking at your year and praising yourself for your accomplishments. I think that helps in setting new and obtainable goals for the new year. I also think its important that one of your goals be spending time with your family. I left that off one year and sure enough I was more concerned about what was on that list, than the people in my life….like my kids. So my kids are definitely making the list this year in some fashion or another. 😉

If my kids hadn’t used all my ink to print coloring pages I would print this out right now. I really need to set all sorts of goals for myself in the coming year. 2015 was a rough one for us and I don’t want to let that put a damper on 2016 for me.

Such a beautiful printable, I know what you mean about goals being forgotten by 3rd/4th week in January. For me I set monthly goals on the blog and constantly check them before the month ends.

This would be such a fun activity to do with older kids! I use a Day Designer planner, and it helps me so much to write goals and to-do’s down.

I gave up on resolutions years ago. I renamed them goals, instead. Goals seem more obtainable to me. These printables would be fun to hand out at a New Year’s Eve party. Thanks!!

Really great printables and such a good idea to reflect and plan new goals for the coming year. I’ve actually just begun thinking about what goals I want to achieve in 2016 so these are perfect for me, thank you!
