It’s back to school time and that means early mornings, lots of homework, and busy days. Getting back into the swing of the new school year definitely makes our family appreciate our weekends a little more. After a long week at school and work, there’s nothing we love better than relaxing with a great movie and Netflix Streaming has been the source of our family movie night entertaining for almost a year now. There’s always a great selection and it has really brought our family closer. Looking for some great title suggestions to have your own movie night with your family? Who didn’t love Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and The Breakfast Club growing up (assuming you grew up in the 80’s)? Those are two movies I can watch over and over, so I was so excited to discover that 13 Going on 30 also had an eighties theme going on. I’ve added it to that list of movies that I can watch repeatedly and still never tire of it!

There’s nothing better than gathering together on Friday’s for NetFlix Movie Night and lot’s of snacks. I’ve never tried the Pizza Nachos before. I’ll have to try that. Sounds yummy! Not sure it’s on my list of diet foods, lol, but I’m sure just a few won’t hurt.
Not sure what movie we’re watching this week, but with the selection that NetFlix has to offer there’s plenty to choose from. We love Netflix and really if I had my way I would just turn off my cable completely, but my mom has some shows she watches when she stays with me so I can’t just yet.
I love the blanket fort idea. I don’t have any little kids, but blankets on the couch are always a must. And I love the idea of streaming lights hanging from the ceiling. I’m actually thinking of doing that over my own bed.
