Obscene amounts of ice cream are being consumed in our house this summer. We occasionally buy from the local ice cream truck, however, that truck doesn’t even compare to some of the amazing ice cream trucks I’ve run across on the web.

Before my grandparents passed away they had an Ice Cream truck business with around 15 trucks. You can image how much Ice Cream we consumed as kids!
